It’s that time of the year again! Festival season is live & kicking and Lovebox festival went down a treat this year!
Cheers to feeling incredibly comfortable and well ventilated. I took to the festival in crochet and printed pants to see a number of acts, including Ray BLK, Kaytranada, Sampha and most importantly Solange Knowles. Best decision ever! The printed pants, I picked up a while ago while vintage shopping never fails me and is a perfect example of dressing with ease. It received quite a few compliments on the day so i’m hoping to pick up a few more at some point and share the vintage shops I pick out great finds.
The best way to have some fun is to wear what’s unnatural to you. If you had asked me to where a predominantly red outfit two years ago it would’ve been a straight hell to the no. I’m learning to have more fun and go with the flow with various colours i’m not quite used to sporting. Red stands for blessings and good luck in chinese culture and since visiting, i’ve been embracing it a lot more. It’s bright and instantly adds more hot sauce to any occasion.
