I put together this outfit to meet a friend for a bite to eat and some hot chocolate saturday morning
& decided to shoot this look on the way to Starbucks.
My friends will tell you i'm a sucker for a fabulous checkered shirt, so I couldn't help myself when I found this blue & red number. Although it’s quite bright for my typical winter colour palette, I thought i'd brake my own rules anyway. I’m not too keen on the colour red but I didn’t hesitate to grab this shirt, head to the till and swipe my card away.
I also love how versatile a checkered shirt can be when paired with different items to make an outfit look more casual, such as a pair of jeans, converses and leather jacket.
