If you’ve been following me recently then you know comfort is my best friend, especially on holiday when it’s 35 degrees.
It’s my second night in Portugal and as i’ve decided to kick back for my first two days, a simple top, shorts and gladiator sandles will do.
I’ve spent the first couple of days settling in to the Villa, unpacking, walking around the neighbourhood, swimming and eating like a horse.
I’m currently using the time I have out here to relax, reflect and rearrange my focus. It’s easy to get caught up in life’s stresses and emotions and while booking a flight anywhere is a great answer, it’s important to simply take time out for yourself.
